We recommend arriving 20 minutes before your scheduled party room time with your group gathered together for check-in. If you're running late, we'll do our best to accommodate your party within the remaining time, but please note that party room time cannot be extended beyond the allotted duration (60 minutes for Premium, 90 minutes for Ultimate).
If some guests arrive late, our party hosts will do their best to escort them to the party room once they arrive.
As for what to bring—just your email confirmation! You can show it printed or on your mobile device. There's no need to bring anything else—we’ll handle the rest to make your celebration smooth and fun.
