We understand that delays happen! If you arrive up to two hours after your scheduled entry time, we’ll do our best to admit you as quickly as possible. However, please note that you may experience a longer wait, especially during busy periods.
Guests arriving 30 minutes or more past their time slot will be directed to the “I Have Tickets” line, where wait times may vary.
